Seventy-one officers of the National Civil Defense Services have celebrated their promotion following a presidential decree issued by His Excellency Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan, marking a significant milestone in career advancement and institutional development for civil defense leadership in Western Equatoria State.
