The Catholic University of South Sudan, St. John Campus, is set to host its first ever symposium on Saturday 24th May 2025 under the theme “Reimagining Higher Education: Shaping Mind, Driving Innovation, Transforming Society.
The symposium seeks to create a vibrant platform for Catholic institutions of higher learning to engage in dialogue, share knowledge, and reflect on their collective mission of transforming society through quality, value -based education.
As outlined in the symposium poster advert the event places strong emphasis on human dignity, moral values, and a commitment to integral development pillars that have guided the university’s approach to nurturing ethical, competent, and compassionate leaders for the nation.
Symposium’s rationale shows that the even aims to foster unity of purpose and develop collective strategies that will advance the role of Catholic higher education in South Sudan’s development journey.
