In a vibrant ceremony held at the Anisa FM radio station compound, the Regular Callers of Western Equatoria State officially launched their first-ever uniform—an initiative that symbolizes unity, civic responsibility, and the power of grassroots media engagement.

The event drew a large crowd of local residents, journalists, and media representatives from across the region, reflecting the growing influence of the Regular Callers in shaping public discourse and promoting peace.
Rev. Fr. Assisi Anand, Director of Anisa FM, praised the Regular Callers for their consistent contributions to radio programming and community development.

“Your voices have become pillars of wisdom and accountability on our airwaves,” he said. “This uniform is more than fabric—it’s a badge of honor. I encourage you to invite more members and continue working as one family, united in purpose.”
He further urged the group to remain prayerful and committed to peace-building across Western Equatoria and South Sudan.
Madam Chieku Suzan, Anisa FM’s Administrator and Finance Officer, emphasized the importance of using the uniform responsibly.
“Let it be a symbol of development, not division,” she said. “Avoid gossip, misinformation, and hate speech. Instead, let your collective identity foster unity, truth, and mutual support.”
Mr. Simon Monday, popularly known as S. Monday, the General Secretary of the Regular Callers, described the sky-blue shirt adorned with the radio emblem as “not just clothing, but a symbol of our unity, our voices, and our dedication to peace and information.”

The group’s motto, “Together to Advise,” reflects their commitment to using radio as a tool for civic education and social transformation. Regular Callers actively participate in programs on Anisa FM, Yambio FM, Eye Radio, and Radio Miraya, offering guidance and raising awareness on issues affecting their communities.
Fr. Assisi also expressed heartfelt appreciation for the t-shirt initiative, noting that it provides visible recognition for the Regular Callers’ tireless efforts. “This uniform is a sign that your work is being seen, valued, and celebrated,” he said.
